What is an LCD or HDTV Mount? A "Mount" is a fixture that is bolted to a surface such as a solid desk, floor or wall. Generally, they will be fastened at the base by four bolts or screws. Therefore, you will need to fasten a mount to a solid and sturdy surface, especially for large screens. For wall mounting, it is highly advised that you find a wall frame stud for mounting. Otherwise, your screens may fall, and take a chunk of the wall with it. We also carry multi-monitor stands, which may be a more convenient solution for you.
