TERMS, AGREEMENTS, AND POLICIES
 
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICIES:
 
We Accept All Major Credit Cards, Cashier Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Bank Wire Transfers. We also accept Personal and Business Checks on-line via E-Check, if the Shipping Address matches the Billing Address. We will always have a real sales person confirm your order, and payment, within a couple hours, via E-Mail. We will always keep you updated throughout the entire order process. You will be hearing from us several times, to update you at each interval. Please contact us to arrange payment through mail, or by e-check. For credit card payments, you can check out on our website, through our Google Checkout Shopping Cart. If you have arranged to mail your payment, please send it by Priority Mail and make sure to get Delivery Confirmation, or Certified Mail for your protection. Then, kindly notify us through e-mail at: support@multi-monitors.com so that we can expect your payment. After your payment is received and has cleared, please allow up to 7 Business Days for delivery. Our average Delivery time is 4-5 Business Days. Shipping Insurance is FREE! We will e-mail you to confirm payment and we will keep you updated throughout the order process. We manufacture each computer in the order it was received. Therefore, your computer may not ship for up to 72 Hours. If it takes longer than 72 Hours to ship, we will ship by Priority Mail (2-3 Days), in order to deliver within the 7 Business Day window. We will supply you with a Tracking Number, within 24 Hours after the item has shipped. Thus, you may not receive a Tracking number for up to 4 Days, but your SUPER PC will still arrive on time! We will always notify you if there is going to be any delay over 7 Business Days. Certain items may ship within a quicker timeline, if specifically stated in the product description, or title.
 
WARRANTY TERMS:
 
All Multi-Monitor Computers are Warrantied, and repaired by us (Multi-Monitors.com), and all other products come with their respective manufacturer's warranty, which will be stated in the product description. We will always repair, or exchange any defective SUPER PC, for the same model, at no cost to you, for the first 60 Days. After that, you only pay shipping costs to our repair shop, until your warranty expires. Although problems are rare, they sometimes occur. You won't have to argue with us to solve your computer problems. We are dedicated to our customers! Even if your warranty has expired, we will work with you to solve any problems quickly, and will always make repairs at our wholesale costs (with free labor). In most instances, this won't even exceed $100, which will mainly be for shipping costs. Computer Warranties will become "Null and Void" if any modifications have been made to the product, unless done so by a Certified computer technician. This includes all Hardware Upgrades. If we find that modifications have been made, we may require a copy of the receipt from the certified computer technician that modified your computer, before any repairs can be made. Otherwise, we may have to charge a small fee of $100 (more if damaged). Please contact us, before taking any return action. All returns must be fully insured, and approved by us. In most cases, your PC will be repaired within 48 Hours and shipped to you via Priority Mail (2-3 Days).
 
REFUND POLICY:
 
We do offer refunds within 7 Days of Receipt of Delivery, for unopened items only. However, there will be a 10% Restocking Fee for all items over $200. In order to avoid this Restocking Fee, your order must be cancelled within 24 Hours of purchase, unless the item has already shipped. We have to do this, because once a product is sold, we cannot resell it as new. It must then be tested and resold as "Refurbished", which is of much lesser value. Please contact us before taking any return action. We will provide you with important instructions you must follow, in order to receive your refund. You must contact us within Seven Days of the delivery date. Items must be in "Like New" Condition, and shipped via our instructions, to be eligible for the full 90% Refund. All returns over $200 must be fully insured when shipping! Refunds are not available for international orders.
